About Us
- Tyler Enterprises originated in a small Pennsylvania town and moved to California in the late 1970s. Tyler Home and Garden is located in the beautiful central California city of Hollister, near San Jose.



For over thirty years we have strived to serve our customers with excellent products and customer satisfaction. Our goal is to create satisfied customers that will return to our site again and again for all their home and garden needs. What sets us apart from the rest is our pledge to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their shopping experience and products purchased.

Product Availability - Occasionally the demand for a product exceeds our expectations and the item may be out-of-stock at the time the order is placed. Should this occur, we will contact you immediately with an estimated date that this product should become available and give you the option of continuing your order or receiving an immediate full refund.

Product and/or Warranty Information We strive to sell only high quality and affordable products. Due to the variety of products on our website, if the products state that a warranty is included for a specified period of time, you will receive the terms of that warranty with the product.

Placing Order Options If you prefer to order by phone, please contact us with the item # and description and be prepared to provide all the necessary information needed to complete the transaction.

California residents are charged 8.25%. Out-of-state residents are not charged sales tax.

Change or Cancel an Order
If you decide to cancel you order within hours of it being placed, in most cases we will be able to cancel your order. However, because of our efficient method of processing orders, we will usually have your order in process for shipment within a matter of hours after order placement, so it may not be possible to cancel it.

Free Shipping Many of our products offer free shipping





Freight/Truck Shipping
Some of our large, bulky or heavy products require freight or truck shipping. If this is the case, it will mention this in the product description to please call before ordering for an estimate of shipping costs. Once this has been done and you approve the shipping charges, your order will be placed.

Shipping Methods/Times Depending on the warehouse your item is coming from, it may take 24 to 72 hours from the time of order for your item to ship. Some of the specialty or large items may take longer. Once shipped, the following shipping selections are offered: Ground (5-7 days), Air (3-5 days) and Express (1-2 days).

Shipping Rates - Shipping rates for most items are shown at checkout. Most items ship FedEx or UPS unless otherwise specified. Because most of our items come from different factories, you will be charged only the actual cost of shipping from the factory to your shipping address for each item you select.

International Customers Shipping to international addresses is not currently available at this time

Track Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. We will also track your shipment to ensure that it arrives as scheduled.

Items Damaged in Transit: Examine your package for any visual damage to help in determining if items were damaged in transit. If damage is noticed, request that the driver make a notation of such. If damage is concealed, notify us by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. It is always helpful to take pictures of damage and send them to us upon your initial contact. We will be happy to replace a damaged item as soon as we receive the damaged one, or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. We will pay shipping for replacement of damaged items. We promise to treat you, as a customer, the way we would expect to be treated. To us that means courteously, promptly and respectfully.



Returns


Return Policy It is our first and most important goal to have and keep you as a 100% satisfied customer for years to come. We strive to give you a variety of unique items for gift giving and decorating that will reflect the things you love in your home. If for any reason our merchandise does not meet your expectations please follow these directions. A product in new condition and in the original packaging will be accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days of sale.

Process - Contact customer service for return merchandise authorization (RMA number). We will supply you with an RMA# that must go on the box you are returning and the correct address of the warehouse it is to be shipped to.

Shipping - We ask that you return the merchandise in new and unused condition in the original packing material and carton to protect the contents, within 30 days of the sale date for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price less shipping costs and up to 15% restocking fees. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be responsible for the shipping charges as well. We cannot guarantee a refund if this procedure is not followed.

Warranties Defective merchandise will be replaced within 15 days of sale. Contact customer service for return merchandise authorization (RMA number). If the merchandise is defective, you will not be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Additional information If an order is refused, shipping charges are non-refundable and any re-stocking fees will still apply. If a customer refuses a package, they will be charged for any charges we incur in having the packages returned to us. If a customer refuses a personalized non-refundable item, they cannot receive any refund by simply refusing the delivery and they will incur an additional charge for any return fees we incur after the package is refused.
