Shipping & Returns

The shipping and handling cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, packaging, shipping method and delivery address. Free shipping for certain items applies to UPS Ground shipping only.

If you select a faster shipping method, multiple addresses, an APO/FPO address or an address outside the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.

You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Shipping times, shown below, apply to shipments within the continental United States only. For shipments sent by Standard Shipping method to Alaska and Hawaii, add two days to the shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates may take 3 to 6 weeks total.

Weather-related shipping delays are not within the control of TylerHomeandGarden.com.

If an order is refused, shipping charges are non- refundable and all restocking fees will still apply. If a customer refuses a package, they will be charged for any charges we incur in having the packages returned. If a customer refuses a personalized non-refundable item, they cannot receive any credits by simply refusing the delivery, and they will incur an additional charge for any return fees we incur after the package is refused. The refused package shall remain in the possession of Tyler Home and Garden until such time as the customer remits payment for us to send the item(s) again. If payment is not received within 30 days of the first failed delivery, then the item is forfeited.

We're human too! From time-to-time there might be a miscalculation in our shipping costs. If this happens to you, you will be contacted immediately regarding any matter relating to shipping costs.

Freight/Truck Shipping - Some of our large, bulky or heavy products require freight or truck shipping. If this is the case, it may mention this in the product description to please call before ordering for an estimate of shipping costs. Once this has been done and you approve the shipping charges, your order will be placed.

Shipping Methods/Times - Depending on the warehouse your item is coming from, it may take 24 to 72 hours from the time of order for your item to ship. Some of the specialty or large items may take longer. Once shipped, the following shipping selections are offered: Ground, 3-Day Select and 2nd Day Air.

Shipping Rates - Shipping rates for most items are shown at checkout. Most items ship FedEx or UPS unless otherwise specified. Because most of our items come from different factories, you will be charged only the actual cost of shipping from the factory to your shipping address for each item you select. Don't be misled by free shipping on other websites - this just means the price for the product is higher and there are no additional charges. At Tyler Home and Garden, you pay a low price for the product and the actual shipping charges which is usually less than than those that claim free shipping.

International Customers Shipping to international addresses is not currently available at this time

Track Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. We will also track your shipment to ensure that it arrives as scheduled.

Items Damaged in Transit: Examine your package for any visual damage to help in determining if items were damaged in transit. If damage is noticed, request that the driver make a notation of such. If damage is concealed, notify us by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. It is always helpful to take pictures of damage and send them to us upon your initial contact. We will be happy to replace a damaged item as soon as we receive the damaged one, or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. We will pay shipping for replacement of damaged items. We promise to treat you, as a customer, the way we would expect to be treated. To us that means courteously, promptly and respectfully.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Products:

Return Policy - It is our first and most important goal to have and keep you as a 100% satisfied customer for years to come. We strive to give you a variety of unique items for gift giving and decorating that will reflect the things you love in your home. Descriptions are scrutinized to best describe the product's use, weight, size and dimensions. We offer a 30 day return policy for products that are defective or damaged.

Process: Contact customer service for return merchandise authorization (RMA number). We will supply you with an RMA# that must go on the box you are returning and the correct address of the warehouse it is to be shipped to.

Return Shipping: We ask that you return the merchandise in new and unused condition in the original packing material and carton to protect the contents, within 30 days of the sale date for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price less shipping costs and up to 15% restocking fees. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be responsible for the shipping charges as well. We cannot guarantee a refund if this procedure is not followed.

Warranties: Defective merchandise will be replaced within 15 days of sale. Contact customer service for return merchandise authorization (RMA number). If the merchandise is defective, you will not be responsible for additional shipping charges.
